Welcome!

Hello From Byllee & Heather Kairy

Hi, my name is Byllee Kairy and I am the proud owner and Director of All About Ability, a local Northern California organization dedicated to helping young disabled adults. As a 20-year career veteran in the special education world, I am constantly surprised how few resources are devoted to enabling these kids to transition from high school to an independent and contributory adult life. In 2016, my wife Heather and I set out to do something about it. We designed a “new method-old school values” program that engages young adults in the process of recognizing their own identity, removes barriers to achieving freedom and independence, and sets realistic and achievable personal life goals. Our staff possess the education, experience, and empathy needed to work as both educators and life coaches. We share a common goal to create a legacy of service and to improve the lives of our young disabled adult community and their families. ll About Ability focuses on three areas that are essential tour clients’ happiness

Our Mission
All About Ability will enhance life skills and experiences for young adults through unprecedented and personalized opportunities for personal growth, leadership, vocational development and community involvement.

Who we are
All About Ability was formed in 2016 as an ILS vendor with the intent to provide exceptional quality of care. The pillars of All About Ability were designed from the ground up to provide an inclusive, committed and caring community that assists and provides support and skills training to adults with intellectual, spectrum or processing challenges. All About Ability set out in 2016 to design a cutting-edge ILS program that combined fun, one on one, project-based learning, technology and skill building for NBRC individuals. Since its inception in 2016 All About Ability launched the community activity support services program (C.A.S.S) aimed to provide vocational support to individuals. All About Ability has worked hard in local communities to ensure that excellent bi-lingual and bi-cultural services are readily available and accessible.

All About Ability is now serving well over hundred young people in Sonoma and Napa County, and the calls keep coming in. To the owners and staff, All About Ability is not just another service organization. We share a common goal to create a legacy of service and to improve the lives of our young disabled adult community and their families.
All About Ability is an inclusive, encouraging, safe, and genuinely compassionate program. There is a place for everyone no matter their developmental levels, where they can feel great, do good work, and fit in. Call us if you would like to enroll a 20-something family member in our program, if your business has a job or training or other philanthropical program for the “other-abled,” or if you just want to get involved with helping members of our community lead the most fulfilling and independent lives possible. All are welcome at All About Ability.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarks grove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean.
