All About Ability will enhance life skills and experiences for young adults through unprecedented and personalized opportunities for personal growth, leadership, vocational development and community involvement.
We are dedicated to providing an inclusive, committed and caring community in which assists disabled adults in the training and cultivation of daily living skills, so that they may thrive and succeed in their communities.
All About Ability was originally established out of Napa County in early 2016 as a social service agency that focused on aiding and supporting young adults with intellectual, spectrum or processing challenges. The organization first began as an Independent Living Skills (ILS) program that combined fun, one on one, project-based learning to educate and train the disabled community to live as independently as possible. After seeing great success with the ILS program, the directors of the organization decided to pursue a new program that specifically aided the disabled population with employment assistance. This led to the development of Community Activity Support Services (C.A.S.S) in early 2020. Since its launch in 2016, All About Ability has served over 200 individuals and now provides assistance to the disabled population in all areas of Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties with both Independent Living Services and Vocational/Educational Services.
